The Head & Heart Art-Sync Session

When you book a Head & Heart Art-Sync session, you will be getting a 1hr30 Zoom meeting in which you will walk through a story, or visual actualization prompt that has been prayed over and crafted uniquely for you. These exercises tend to help people who are transitioning and need clarity. They provide a way for the heart to communicate, and the head to understand beyond the confusion and noise around the situation where a decision needs to be made.
You will need to bring to the session paper, a pen, and colored pencils. As we walk through the session, you will be tasked with keeping record on your notes page of things that stand out to you be it imagery or words. Upon completing the session, you will get a verbal interpretation of imagery used in the session and an overall summary for you to continue to process through. You can choose to get a recording of the session as well to review later on.

This hour and a half experience gathers community together to contemplate and create around an experience. Each individual will leave with their own works of art, along with questions to continue processing.
Group sizes can be 4-8 people.
Price per person is $35 and includes supplies.
